Enable budding entrepreneurs
“Singapore is a country that thrives on knowledge capital to sustain its competitiveness. So corporates and even individuals need to be more open to sharing knowledge and experiences with budding entrepreneurs and other talents in general.”
Pass on the knowledge
“For a start, we can work towards creating a framework where businesses can package and share their knowledge with first-time entrepreneurs. The content can include anything from improving one's emotional quotient to learning leadership skills or starting a business overseas.”
Playing our part
“As a father of two young Singaporean children, I feel very strongly about sharing my experiences and knowledge with the local community. We should plant seeds of constructive ideas in youths and children. Instead of just relying on the education system, corporates should also play a part.”
