Lully Selb’s brand of modest wear gets an emotional update in this tribute to the lyrics of the National Anthem, ‘Majulah Singapura’. Through composer Zubir Said’s original score and his handwritten lyrics, their design contemplates the philosophy that inspired the anthem.

"

About

lully selb

Founders Huda (Lully) and Selma (Selb) first met through their earlier work creating experiential art curriculum for kids to express themselves. This knack for creativity turned into a force of change when they donned their first headscarf. Frustrated with the status quo of traditional modest wear, they set out to challenge stereotypes around how Muslim women should dress. Theirs is delicate tread between the stylish, street chic of modern wear, and the equally modest.
