This set of porcelain reimagines the Symbols of our independent nation-state – the iconic lion and a familiar ribbon pattern emblazoned with the title: Majulah Singapura. And finally, an expression of the National Flag represents the key principles behind the crescent and five stars. This is state-ware at its finest.
Our story revolves around a reimagining of 1959 – the year the National Symbols were introduced.
Founded by Mei Ling and Edwin, Supermama is a little Singapore gallery store that curates and creates meaningful objects for individuals, not consumers. Working closely with some of the best designers and multi-generational Japanese crafts facilities, they produce authentic, thoughtful souvenirs and design pieces in Singapore and Tokyo.
